git_rabbit 69dee7dc0a build: 更新依赖项和webpack配置

- 将@types/lodash从dependencies移到devDependencies并更新版本
- 添加@types/lodash-es依赖
- 升级typescript到4.7.4版本
- 移除ScriptExtHtmlWebpackPlugin插件
- 更新elementUI相关配置为elementPlus
- 添加robots.txt文件复制配置
